The Regina Police Service and the Saskatchewan Coroners Service are investigating the death of a man in a house in the Regent Park area of the city early Friday.
In a media release, police say officers were sent to a house in the 500 block of Wascana Street at about 1:30 a.m., for a report of an injured man.
Upon arrival, officers found a man with what police said were critical injuries. The officers and paramedics who attended gave the man medical treatment, but he was pronounced dead about 10 minutes later.
