The RCMP is confirming a fatality after a two-vehicle crash northeast of Saskatoon on Thursday evening.
Shortly after 6 p.m., two vehicles collided on Highway 41 south of Aberdeen. Numerous emergency crews including STARS air ambulance responded.

The RCMP said a 67-year-old woman who was a passenger in a southbound pickup truck was pronounced dead at the scene. A 74-year-old man who had been driving that truck was taken to hospital with what were described as serious injuries.
A 34-year-old man who had been driving a northbound pickup truck was transported to hospital with what were described as serious injuries. A four-year-old passenger in that truck was transported to hospital via STARS with unknown injuries.
Highway 41 reopened shortly after midnight following a closure of more than five hours. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
