Regina police are searching for a robbery suspect who stole his victim’s purse downtown on Tuesday afternoon.
At about 4:15 p.m., police were sent to the area near Hamilton Street and 11th Avenue.
That was where the victim was walking when she was approached from behind.
The suspect grabbed her purse and knocked her to the ground before running away.
Police say the victim was sent to hospital with minor injuries.
The suspect is described as five-foot-eight with a heavier build. He was wearing a black and white hoodie and blue jeans.
