A 17-year-old man has been charged with manslaughter in connection with the death of Rodney Troy Ruberry.
The teen, who can’t be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, is the second person charged in the case. Josiah Pambrun was arrested and charged Feb. 12.
Ruberry, 49, was found critically injured in a house in the 4400 block of Dewdney Avenue at about 3:20 p.m., on Jan. 24. He died in hospital about an hour later.
The teen was arrested Friday. He made his first court appearance Monday.
