The Regina Police Service is asking for the public’s help to find a man who’s a suspect in an aggravated assault.
Warren Crane, 20, is described by police as being six feet tall and 160 pounds, with a medium build, light complexion, medium-length, straight brown hair, brown eyes and a number of tattoos on his face, arms and hands.
In a media release Tuesday, police said they got a call Friday around 4:10 a.m. about a stabbing in an apartment on the 1400 block of Rae Street.
Officers found a 21-year-old woman and a 42-year-old woman, both of whom had been injured. Paramedics subsequently took the 42-year-old to hospital.
Police say the older woman heard a struggle between the younger woman and a man. When the 42-year-old woman tried to intervene, police say she was stabbed by the suspect.
Anyone with information on Crane’s whereabouts is asked to call the Regina Police Service at 306-777-6500 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
