Over the weekend, Saskatchewan RCMP responded to two serious snowmobile crashes.
On Friday evening, RCMP received a report of a fatal snowmobile collision near Emma Lake, that claimed the life of a 48-year-old man.
It was reported he had been snowmobiling with friends and became separated from the group.
The friends began a search and found the man dead, just off a trail hours later.
An autopsy has been ordered.
On Saturday, between 2 and 3 p.m., Wollaston Lake RCMP received a report of a single snowmobile collision in Wollaston Lake.
A 20-year-old man was taken to hospital in Saskatoon by air ambulance with what were reported to be serious, life-threatening injuries.
The investigation is ongoing for both incidents.
