Regina police are searching for a second man in connection with the murder of David Anderson last week.
Anderson was found injured in the 1400 block of Sixth Avenue on Thursday and died in hospital shortly after. Police later determined he was Regina’s fifth murder victim of 2020.
Police arrested 21-year-old Michael Douglas Morrissette on Saturday on charges of second-degree murder. He appeared in court on Monday and remains in police custody.
Now, police are asking the public for information to help find Michael Dennis Morrissette.
The 42-year-old is described as being 5-foot-10 with a medium build, short brown hair and hazel eyes. He has tattoos of a scorpion on his right forearm and a band of feathers on his upper arm. On his left arm, he has tattoos of a headdress on his upper arm and a sword on his forearm.
Police would not officially say if there was any kind of relationship between the Morrissettes.
