Two people are dead after a fire at a farmhouse located northeast of Gull Lake.
On Sunday, Swift Current RCMP, the Gull Lake Fire Department and EMS from Gull Lake responded to a structure fire.
When RCMP arrived, the farm home was fully engulfed in flames and started to collapse. The building could not be entered by fire crews to search for any occupants. Efforts were then made to control the fire and stop it from spreading to any other buildings.
Two bodies were located within the remains of the structure. The identification of the bodies will fall within the investigation being done by the Saskatchewan Coroners Service.
The cause of the fire will be investigated by the Saskatchewan Fire Commissioner.
Officers do not consider the cause of the fire to be suspicious.
