P.A. police probe three homicides including child; another child in critical condition

Prince Albert police have released an update to a serious incident in the city on Sunday: one child and two adults were found murdered in a home.

The victims were a seven-year-old boy, as well as a woman and man, both aged 56.

A five-year-old girl was transferred to a hospital in Edmonton in critical condition.

The incident happened at a residence in the 300 block of MacArthur Drive, where members of the criminal investigations division and the forensic identification section remain on scene.

Investigators do not believe the incident to be random and do not believe there is a risk to public safety.
