White won’t disclose where UFC 249 is being held and he even told TMZ there may be plans to buy a private island to ensure UFC events go ahead in the weeks and months ahead. Getting sanctioned fights for the promoter has become a little difficult in this current pause of public gatherings around the globe.
UFC is allowed to spend its money. The fighters are allowed to participate. But if they in any way threaten public health, well, maybe any publicity won’t be good publicity.
