Regina police have determined a man found dead in a home on Princess Street on Thursday afternoon is Regina’s sixth murder victim of 2020.
In a media release Friday, the Regina Police Service said officers responded Thursday at about 12:40 p.m., to a house in the 1000 block of Princess Street for a call of an injured or sick person.
After arriving, officers found a man who was confirmed by paramedics to be dead.
The Major Crimes and Forensic Identification units were called, along with a coroner.
The man has been identified, but police aren’t releasing his name. An autopsy was done Friday.
The police didn’t release any other details.
