Three weeks after ruling a three-year-old girl’s death a homicide, Prince Albert police are still weeks away from updating the public on the murder case.
The toddler was found at a home on April 9, and her death was ruled a homicide after an autopsy on April 14.
In a news release on April 15, Prince Albert police indicated the suspects involved knew the child.
But as of Tuesday, no charges had been laid.
Prince Albert police media liaison Charlene Tebbutt told 650 CKOM on Tuesday that an update on the case was weeks away, as investigators continue to work their way through evidence and information in the case.
