8:30 – Premier Scott Moe joins Gormley to discuss the stimulus package he unveiled Thursday afternoon to help Saskatchewan’s economy recover from the COVID-19 pandemic. The province added $2B to its capital spending plans over the next two years, which Moe called an “economic booster shot.”

10:00 – According to industry experts, the sweeping firearms bans issued Friday in Canada were too wide, and may have made 10- and 12-gauge shotguns, along with older large-bore hunting rifles, into prohibited weapons due to the size of their barrels exceeding the 20mm maximum. Public Safety Minister Bill Blair says shotguns are not included in the new prohibition, but Lawyer and firearms expert Edward Burlew says that’s not in line with his analysis of the new law, which was performed for the Canadian Shooting Sports Association.

11:00 – It’s classic rock’s longest-running debate: which band is better, the Beatles or the Rolling Stones? While the debate has raged among music fans since the ’60s, both Paul McCartney and Mick Jagger were both recently asked about their thoughts on the great debate. McCartney told Howard Stern he thinks the Beatles were better because they had more influences and were setting the trends the Stones followed. 12:00 – The federal government is keeping departmental research into the cost of the carbon tax secret, and not sharing them with the Canadian farmers who will end up paying the tax. Both Agriculture Minister Marie-Claude Bibeau and Prosperity Minister Mona Fortier refused to detail the confidential research that calculated the cost the carbon tax will have for farmers.
