'Considering the circumstances ... this is best-case scenario,' Cole Cusitar said.
A man is in hospital with life-threatening injuries after a crash Monday afternoon on the Ring Road near Albert Street North.
Around 3:30 p.m., police were called to the off-ramp from Ring Road South to Albert Street North for a report of a collision. Police said initial information indicated a truck had sped off the Ring Road at the rmap, slipped and then rolled onto the grassy area near the off-ramp.
When police arrived, several people were gathered around the 27-year-old driver, who police said was ejected from the vehicle.

The man remains in hospital.
