The Regina Police Service is investigating the murder of an 18-month-old child.
On June 10, officers were called to the 3200 block of Arens Road East shortly after 10 a.m. There, they found an injured 18-month-old boy.
The child was taken to hospital but died due to his injuries.
The RPS, along with the Saskatchewan Coroners Service, investigated the cause of the child’s death and to determine the circumstances.
This is the eighth murder of 2020 in Regina.
