Heat warnings remain in effect for much of Saskatchewan.
Environment Canada issued the alerts for areas across the province Wednesday and then reissued them early Thursday.
The weather service also added warnings for other areas, including Saskatoon, Estevan and Weyburn.
As of 11 a.m., Regina was not included in the warnings.
Meanwhile, Environment Canada also has issued severe thunderstorm watches for areas around Assiniboia, Gravelbourg, Coronach, Estevan, Weyburn, Radville, Milestone, Lloydminster, Ile-a-la-Crosse, Buffalo Narrows, Beauval, La Ronge, Prince Albert National Park, Narrow Hills Provincial Park, Pelican Narrows, Cumberland House and Creighton.
Severe thunderstorm watches have also been issued for the areas around Carlye, Oxbow, Carnduff, Bienfait, Stoughton, the City of Regina, Fort Qu’Appelle, Indian Head, Lumsden, Pilot Butte, Kindersley, Rosetown, Biggar, Wilkie, Macklin, Meadow Lake, Big River, Green Lake, Pierceland, Moose Jaw, Pense, Central Butte, Craik, Moosomin, Grenfell, Kipling, Wawota, Prince Albert, Shellbrook, Spiritwood, Duck Lake, Battlefords, Unity, Maidstone and St. Walburg.
