'Considering the circumstances ... this is best-case scenario,' Cole Cusitar said.
The RCMP are on the hunt for a sedan driving around near Lebret without a hood.
They say it was being driven dangerously all evening on Friday.
It was first spotted doing donuts on grid 619, before an officer saw it turning off Highway 35 onto Highway 56, heading towards Lebret.
The vehicle did not stop for the police and was later seen speeding through the village.
Other than being distinctive for not having a hood, the car is described as a white or beige sedan, possibly a Lincoln or Cadillac.
Anyone who knows this car or has any information is asked to call the RCMP.
