Despite hundreds of calls complaining of people violating COVID-19 restrictions, Saskatoon police have yet to issue a single ticket for breaking public health orders.
Police said in a release Friday morning their officers have responded to over 600 calls since restrictions were put in place.
But in nearly every case there’s been “immediate compliance” once officers arrive.
Friday’s release also noted police are still directing lower priority calls to be dealt with over the phone or online due to the pandemic.
