Regina police were sent to a home on Krauss Street for a weapons offence on Saturday afternoon.
The call came in at about 4:45 p.m.
When officers arrived, they found a 30-year-old man who was sent to hospital with a serious injury.
No suspects were found and police continue to investigate.
