A Tim Hortons restaurant in Regina is closed because an employee tested positive for COVID-19.
Someone working at the 1490 Park St. location, near Dewdney Avenue, has tested positive.
Fellow employees who “worked closely with this person are self-isolating for 14 days,” Tim Hortons said in an emailed statement.
“The restaurant will remain closed until it can be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized and a separate crew of team members can be brought in.”
The statement did not specify when the potentially infectious person was working.
