SHA warns of potential COVID exposure at Battleford store

The Saskatchewan Health Authority has issued a public advisory about a possible exposure to COVID-19 at a store in Battleford.

In a media release, the SHA says people who visited the Co-op Food Store on 22nd Street between Aug. 11 and last Friday should monitor themselves for symptoms for 14 days from the date they visited the store.

Symptoms include fever, cough, headache, muscle and/or joint aches and pains, sore throat, chills, runny nose, nasal congestion, dizziness, fatigue, nausea/vomiting, loss of sense of taste or smell, and difficulty breathing.

The Government of Saskatchewan has a self-assessment tool for those who are thinking about getting tested.
