Customers at three businesses in Swift Current are being advised to self-monitor for COVID-19 symptoms after recent visits by a person who later tested positive for the virus.
According to the Saskatchewan Health Authority, the person visited the Shoppers Drug Mart on Aug. 17 from 1 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., the Dairy Queen on Aug. 17 from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., and Original Joe’s this past Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Anyone who has symptoms should self-isolate and call HealthLine 811 to set up a test. Those who don’t currently have symptoms should watch for them for 14 days from the time of their visit to those businesses to determine their next step.
