A second man has been charged with second-degree murder in connection with the death of a 32-year-old Regina man on Monday.

It was Regina’s 10th murder of 2020.
On Monday at about 7 p.m., police officers were sent to the 1200 block of Cameron Street for a report of a weapons offence and an injured person. At the scene, police and paramedics found a man who was pronounced dead by EMS.
Larose also is charged with two counts of assault with a weapon (bear spray) and one count of breach of probation. He made his first court appearance Wednesday.
