Three flights have been added to the Saskatchewan government’s list of aircraft that carried people who later tested positive for COVID-19.
The Saskatchewan Health Authority also referred to one of the flights in its latest advisory about potential exposures.
According to the SHA, a passenger flew Oct. 1 from Delhi, India, to Toronto on Air Canada Flight 43 in seat 12E. Later that day, the individual flew from Toronto to Regina on Air Canada 7939 in seat 20C from 8:45 a.m. to 10:02 a.m.
People in rows 19 to 23 of that latter flight are being advised to self-monitor for symptoms.
The individual was in the Regina airport that day until about 10:30 a.m., meaning people may have been exposed inside the building.
The province also said passengers may have been exposed to COVID on Air Canada 7947 from Toronto to Regina on Sept. 25 (rows 12 to 18) and on Air Canada 7950 from Regina to Toronto on Sept. 21 (rows 14 to 20).
