SHA warns of possible COVID exposures in five communities

Restaurants, stores, fitness centres and transit routes are on the Saskatchewan Health Authority’s latest advisory about potential COVID-19 exposures.

In a media release Thursday, the SHA said people were at the following locations or buses while likely infectious:

Regina

• Oct. 13: Real Canadian Superstore, 4450 Rochdale Blvd., 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
• Oct. 14: Real Canadian Superstore, 4450 Rochdale Blvd., 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Oct. 14: Regina Transit, Route 4 (Hillsdale-Walsh Acres) from Kramer Boulevard, transferred to Route 2 (Argyle Park-Wood Meadows) to Superstore North, 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
• Oct. 14: Regina Transit, Route 2 (Argyle Park-Wood Meadows) from Superstore North to downtown, transferred to Route 4 (Hillsdale-Walsh Acres) to Kramer Boulevard, 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.
• Oct. 15: Real Canadian Superstore, 4450 Rochdale Blvd., 7 a.m. to noon
• Oct. 15: Walmart, 4500 Gordon Rd., 4:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.
• Oct. 15: Wholesale Club, 921 Broad St., 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
• Oct. 15: Regina Transit, Route 4 (Hillsdale-Walsh Acres) from Kramer Boulevard, transferred to Route 2 (Argyle Park-Wood Meadows) to Superstore North, 6 a.m. to 7 a.m.
• Oct. 15: Regina Transit, Route 2 (Argyle Park-Wood Meadows) from Superstore North to downtown, transferred to Route 4 (Hillsdale-Walsh Acres) to Kramer Boulevard, noon to 1 p.m.

• Oct. 18: Shoppers Drug Mart, 2202 Broad St., 10:45 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. (corrects date from a previous SHA advisory)

Anyone who was at those locations on the specified dates at the listed times is advised to watch for symptoms for 14 days. If individuals have had or develop symptoms of COVID-19, they’re urged to self-isolate and call HealthLine 811, their physician or their nurse practitioner to arrange for testing.
