The investigation into a house fire in Regina on Thursday afternoon has resulted in arson charges.
According to the Regina Police Service, first responders were dispatched at about 3:20 p.m., to a house in the 1800 block of Toronto Street for a report of a fire.
Smoke was coming from the house when officers arrived, but members of Regina Fire and Protective Services were able to extinguish the blaze quickly.
A 38-year-old Regina woman was charged with arson, failing to comply with a probation order and failing to comply with a condition of release.
