The Moose Jaw Police Service and conservation officers have concluded an operation in Wakamow Valley to investigate a potential cougar sighting.
Conservation officers were able to determine that the sighting Monday was most likely a common house cat that roams in the area.
Police say there were no cougar tracks found in the area of the sighting and nothing was spotted with the use of a drone.
The area is now back open to the public.
