8:30 – When a COVID-19 vaccine is ready, Saskatchewan will be ready as well, according to Health Minister Paul Merriman. He says distributing the vaccines will be a huge undertaking, and will prioritize vulnerable groups including healthcare workers and residents of long-term care facilities. 10:00 – A Saskatchewan company is partnering with the SHA to deliver COVID-19 test kids for asymptomatic people in our province, due to an increase in both case numbers and the demand for tests. Quantum Genetix’ laboratory has been licensed to preform COVID-19 testing, and will be selling the kits for $150 each. President Leigh Marquess joins Gormley to tell us more.

11:00 – A mental health program aiming to help give firefighters more tools to safeguard their psychological health is expanding into Saskatchewan. The “Resilient Minds” program, delivered through the Canadian Mental Health Association, provides firefighters with skills to ensure their mental health is not damaged by their taxing profession. James Brayshaw, a CMHA representative involved in the program and firefighter, joins Gormley to tell us more.
