The WHL’s Regina Pats made a trade Thursday, sending 20-year-old forward Riley Krane to the Moose Jaw Warriors for a conditional seventh-round pick in the 2023 bantam draft.
Krane was drafted by the Pats in the eighth round (168th overall) of the 2015 draft.
The Dawson Creek, B.C., product made his debut with Regina in the 2016-17 season and since has played 135 games with the Pats. During his WHL career, Krane has scored 29 goals and assisted on 28 others.
