Police on scene after woman found shot

Regina police are investigating after one woman was found seriously injured in the north-central area.

Just after 8 a.m Saturday, officers were called to the 700 block of Athol St. after hearing reports that someone had been shot.

There, they found a woman who was seriously hurt.

She was brought to hospital with her condition being currently unknown.

Traffic restrictions were set up in the area while police investigate.
