A second man has been charged in connection with Regina’s second murder of 2021.
Harvey Vince Huntinghawk, 47, was charged with second-degree murder in the death of Jeffrey Gerald Lehto.
Huntinghawk was to make his first appearance in Regina Provincial Court on Friday. The first person charged, Adam Hook, appeared in court Thursday and was remanded in custody until his next court date on Jan. 28.
Just before 9 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to the 1700 block of Quebec Street for a report of an injured man. At the scene, police and EMS found Lehto, who had suffered serious injuries.
Paramedics took him to hospital, where he died Wednesday.
