The Edmonton Police Service says a dangerous offender wanted in that city could be on his way to Saskatchewan.
Police say Clint Carifelle removed the ankle monitor that was placed on him due to what they called “his violent tendencies.”
The 30-year-old is described as being 6-foot-3 and 214 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes and full face tattoos that he occasionally covers with makeup.
Police say Carifelle is known to carry weapons and shouldn’t be approached.
