An 18-year-old man has been identified as Regina’s fifth murder victim of 2021.
The Regina Police Service said Damione Dustyhorn died after an altercation in the 1500 block of Cameron Street on Wednesday night.
Police and paramedics responded after the call came in at about 8:30 p.m., about an injured man.
However, they “determined that the male was beyond help. He was pronounced deceased at the scene,” read a news release from police.
Two other men were hurt and one remains in hospital with what police called “significant injuries.”
Several people were arrested and police said three men will be facing charges. The men’s names and details of the charges they’ll face will be announced later.
