A Regina man is facing charges after a pair of alleged attacks using bear spray.
According to police, officers were called to the intersection of Elphinstone Street and Saskatchewan Drive around 6:30 p.m. Friday.
They found a woman who said a man on a bike had sprayed her through an open window in her vehicle.
Shortly after, police heard another report of a bear spray attack, this time at the intersection of Dewdney Avenue and Lewvan Drive.
The suspect allegedly sprayed a man’s windshield, then sprayed him in the face when he got out of the vehicle.
The victim was able to hold his attacker down until officers showed up to make the arrest.
The 29-year-old suspect is facing two charges of assault with a weapon.
Paramedics treated the second victim at the scene. The first victim did not need medical help.
