Regina police are looking for two suspects in connection with a shooting Thursday night in the city’s North Central neighbourhood.
In a media release Friday, police said officers responded at about 11 p.m., to a house in the 1100 block of Robinson Street for a report of a shooting.
On the front deck of the house, officers found a man who had been shot.
Before being taken to hospital with what were described as non-life-threatening injuries, the man said he was in a bedroom of the house when a man and a woman entered. The victim told police the suspects demanded several items from him and then shot him before taking off.
Police said they don’t know if the victim knew the suspects.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call the Regina Police Service at 306-777-6500 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
