Everyone 32 and older in Saskatchewan is eligible to get a COVID-19 vaccination.
The provincial government and the Saskatchewan Health Authority dropped the age of eligibility to 32 on Saturday. The age is to drop to 29 and over on Monday.
People 18 and over living in the Northern Saskatchewan Administration District also are eligible, as are certain frontline workers, all remaining Phase 1 health-care workers, and people with underlying health conditions who are considered clinically extremely vulnerable.
Those who are eligible by age can book an appointment online 24/7 or by calling 1-833-727-5829 daily from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. They also can contact a pharmacy that’s part of the pilot vaccination project, or they can attend a drive-through or walk-in clinic.
Those who aren’t the right age can book an appointment by phone, they can contact a participating pharmacy or they can go to a walk-in or drive-through.
