Saskatchewan’s COVID vaccine plan, announced last week, continues to expand.
On Monday people 29 and older are scheduled to become eligible to get vaccinated at walk-in and drive-thru clinics, as well as through the provincial booking system and at pharmacies.
From there the eligibility would drop to:
- 26 and over on Wednesday;
- 23 and over on May 14;
- 20 and over on May 16;
- 16 and over on May 18; and,
- 12 and over on May 20.
The schedule is based on expected vaccine shipments to Saskatchewan.
In the Northern Saskatchewan Administration area anyone 18 and older is currently eligible to get a vaccine.
On Saturday, Saskatchewan surpassed half-a-million doses of COVID vaccines that have gone into arms.
