City of Regina accepting residential building permits submitted online through eBuild

Building permit applications for residential renovation project can now be submitted online to the City of Regina through a new tool known as eBuild.

In the future, this system will allow applicants to pay their fees online and accept commercial, planning and development permits.

For now, the launch of this tool means those who submit their application can also go online to track the status of their application and interact with city employees regarding their application.

In this first phase, seven types of residential permits are being accepted — deck/sunroom, alteration/renovation, basement development, addition, foundation repair, single-family dwelling and garage/carport.
