8:30 – The Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms is apologizing after hiring a private investigator to follow the Manitoba judge that is overseeing the court challenge of COVID-19 restrictions in the province. Court of Queen’s Bench Chief Justice Glenn Joyal says he realized he was being followed by a vehicle after leaving court last week.
