A kidnapping in Yorkton early Tuesday morning had the RCMP charging and then searching for three men a little over a day later.
According to police, on Tuesday around 2 a.m., a man was walking down an alley off Independent Street in Yorkton when a vehicle came up and another man pulled the victim inside.
The victim was held in a garage in Yorkton for nearly a day and threatened with guns, according to the RCMP. He eventually was released.
Three men have been charged with robbery with a firearm, kidnapping with a firearm, forcible confinement and unauthorized possession of a firearm.
The RCMP said the victim knew the three men involved and thus believe it to be an isolated incident.
Warrants are now out for the arrests of Dustin Shaun Kennedy, 34, Scott Ramsey Cook, 34, and Tyson Ledoux, 30.
Kennedy is described as about 6-foot-0 tall and 200 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
Cook is described as about 6-foot-2 and 240 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Ledoux is described as about 6-foot-3 and 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
Police are warning people not to approach any of the three, just to call police if they’re seen.
