The Regina Police Service’s Drug Unit seized more than three kilograms of cocaine during a series of raids in Moose Jaw.
On Monday, the police said members of the drug unit, the Regina Crime Reduction Team, the Moose Jaw Police Service and the Regina and Moose Jaw SWAT teams executed warrants on homes in the 800 block of Eighth Avenue NW and the 300 block of Diefenbaker Drive, and one on a vehicle.
Officers seized 3,311.35 grams of cocaine, 758.63 grams of methamphetamine, 20,000 unstamped illicit cigarettes and drug paraphernalia.
A 25-year-old man from Richmond, B.C., and a 27-year-old man from Burnaby, B.C., were arrested and charged with numerous offences. They’re to make their first court appearances Nov. 1.
