A 43-year-old man has been identified as Regina’s 11th murder victim of the year.
Police said Mitchell Lorne Oliver Anthony was found dead Wednesday evening.
Officers were sent to a house in the 900 block of King Street at about 9:30 p.m., for a report of an unresponsive male. They performed CPR until paramedics arrived, but the victim couldn’t be revived.
The coroner and officers from the Forensic Identification and Major Crimes units were called.
The investigation is continuing. No other details were released.
It was the second murder of the week in Regina. Kade Luke Neapetung, 29, was found dead in a home on Angus Street on Monday.
