A Regina home has been the target of gunshots three times in the past week.
The Regina Police Service said a house in the 1100 block of Cameron Street was shot at on Friday, with similar incidents happening Tuesday and Wednesday.
In the first incident, officers responded to the house just before 2 a.m., for a report of shots fired.
A resident of the house reported hearing an argument down the block and the sound of glass breaking. Then, moments later, someone shot at the picture window of the house. Two people — one of them a child — were sleeping in the home at the time.
Another resident reported seeing a group of people running away.
On Tuesday, again just before 2 a.m., police were called about a similar incident at the same address. Two unknown suspects were said to be involved.
Then on Wednesday, at about 2:05 a.m., the house was targeted again. Police are looking for a man described as being 5-foot-8 who was wearing a black jacket over a red hoodie. The suspect fled east between houses on the block.
Anyone with information that could help the police investigation is asked to call the Regina Police Service at 306-777-6500 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
