A 76-year-old man from Shaunavon is dead after a crash Thursday on Highway 37 near Gull Lake.
Officers from the Swift Current Rural RCMP were called at around 4 p.m., to a location on the highway about nine kilometres south of Gull Lake.
They determined a southbound SUV had collided with a parked vehicle. The driver of the parked vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene.
A woman who was a passenger in the parked vehicle and the man driving the SUV were taken to hospital with what were described as non-life-threatening injuries.
The RCMP and a traffic reconstructionist are still investigating.
