One person is dead after two semis collided on Highway 11 north of Davidson early Monday.
The RCMP said officers responded to the collision around 2:10 a.m., about 10 kilometres north of Davidson. Police say a northbound semi jackknifed and was hit by the other truck.
Two people in the first semi didn’t report any injuries. The driver of the second semi was pronounced dead at the scene.
The northbound lanes of the highway were closed for more than 12 hours while the investigation was done.
