8:30 – According to Blacklock’s Reporter, the Public Health Agency of Canada tracked 33 million mobile devices in Canada to monitor population movements during lockdowns. The agency claims the information can not track individuals, and only gives them information on population trends, but according to a federal contractor’s notice, this type of tracking could become commonplace.
