The Regina Catholic School Division reported another 30 cases of COVID-19 have been detected in its schools.
On its website, the division said letters had been sent to families of students at 15 schools informing them about positive cases.
There were seven cases reported at Miller Comprehensive Catholic High School, five at Michael A. Riffel Catholic High School, three at St. Kateri Tekakwitha School, and two each at Archbishop M.C. O’Neill Catholic High School, St. Nicholas School and St. Catherine Community School.
Single cases were identified at Dr. Martin LeBoldus Catholic High School and St. Bernadette, St. Timothy, St. Peter, Sacred Heart, St. Elizabeth, St. Mary, St. Faustina and St. Matthew elementary schools.
Since Monday, the division has reported 78 cases at 21 of its schools, with 15 of those at Miller.
Later Friday, Regina Public Schools said cases had been confirmed at 16 of that division’s schools.
Campbell Collegiate reported six cases, increasing the total at that school this week to 28. Martin Collegiate also had six cases.
There were two cases at each of Sheldon-Williams Collegiate, Judge Bryant, Grant Road and Lakeview schools, and one at each of Winston Knoll Collegiate, Argyle, Henry Braun, Connaught, Glen Elm, MacNeill, Gladys McDonald, Elsie Mironuck, W.F. Ready and Wascana Plains schools.
There have been 112 cases reported at 33 public schools this week.
