8:30 – According to a new survey from the Angus Reid Institute, Premier Scott Moe’s approval rating is sitting at 45%, a significant drop from the 65% approval Moe enjoyed last year as the most popular premier in Canada. The drop was driven by disapproval over Moe’s handling of the pandemic, with 59% saying he’s doing a bad job managing COVID-19 in the province, compared to just 37% who say he’s done a good job on that front. Whenever public opinion is divided, we put the question to you in one of Gormley’s patented Reality Checks: Is Scott Moe doing a good job as premier?
