Students in two Regina Public Schools classrooms are to move to online learning Friday.
In a media release, the division said a Grade 3-4 classroom at Seven Stones Community School and a Grade 2-3 classroom at Grant Road School are to make the move due to multiple COVID cases.
Students in both classes are to return to school on Jan. 31 if they don’t have symptoms.
In addition to those schools, the division also reported cases at Albert, Arcola, Henry Braun, Ruth M. Buck, Centennial, Connaught, The Crescents, Douglas Park, Dr. George Ferguson, Glen Elm, Dr. L.M. Hanna, Wilfred Hunt, Harbour Landing, W.S. Hawrylak, Imperial, Kitchener, Lakeview, Jack MacKenzie, McLurg, Marion McVeety, Ethel Milliken, Ruth Pawson, Dr. A.E. Perry, Plainsview, W.F. Ready, Thomson, Wilfrid Walker and Wascana Plains elementary schools, Balfour, Campbell, Johnson, Winston Knoll, Martin and Sheldon-Williams collegiates, and the Allan Blakeney Adult Campus and Campus Regina Public facilities.
The Regina Catholic School Division sent letters to families about cases at Sacred Heart, St. Augustine, St. Bernadette, St. Catherine, St. Dominic, St. Francis, St. Gabriel, St. Gregory, St. Jerome, St. Joan of Arc, St. Josaphat, St. Kateri, St. Mary, St. Matthew, St. Nicholas and St. Theresa elementary schools, and at LeBoldus, O’Neill and Riffel high schools.
