A 47-year-old man is dead after a shooting early Saturday in Dubuc.
In a media release Saturday, the RCMP said the shooting occurred around midnight in the town about 70 kilometres south of Yorkton.
The Mounties said there will be an increased police presence in the area as the Esterhazy RCMP, Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crime Unit and Saskatchewan RCMP Forensic Identification Services investigate.
Police don’t believe there’s any risk to public safety.
